Ethical Dimensions of the Astrological Work
Astrological Toronto Inc - Mentorship Intensive
May 11 to May
13, 2006
Roehampton Hotel, Toronto, Ontario
Any counselling relationship whether it be a counsellor,
astrologer, tarot card reader, or psychotherapist rests in an
archetypal core which infuses the expectations of both client
and practitioner regarding the outcome of the work. It is this
archetypal core that also informs the ethical dimensions of the
astrological work.
This talk will explore the Archetype of the Shaman and the
Oracle as it relates to astrology and explore the subtle ethical
aspects that more often than can't be prescribed by rules and
regulations. There will be an opportunity to discuss various
ethical dimensions and to explore individual ethical values in
the grey area in between rules and relationship

Coming out of the Organizational Shadow: An Integrative Approach to
Organizational Assessment
Online Seminar with Orgdyne
Training and Consulting
6-week seminar beginning April 25, 2005 to June 3, 2005
Increasingly, team leaders, consultants,
executives and academics recognize that organizational
effectiveness is as much influenced by the unconscious, that is,
largely hidden factors operating within the organizational
system, as the consciously stated goals, strategies and policies
of the organization. Indeed, organizational crisis is often the
result of these factors materializing and conflicting with each
other in unexpected ways. The consequences can be significant;
lost productivity and profitability, lower staff morale, and
ineffective organizational change processes. Much of the
organizational assessment process involves identifying and
addressing these elements as they arise, contrary to conscious
intent.
This online seminar will explore the various ways that the
shadow - that is, unconscious energy - can been seen and
worked with in organizational settings.
